Digital Depictions 002

Hi again!

It is seriously fun to experiment with things to see what you can come up with. This image of a large-mouthed monster was inspired by one of the tools in the drawing app; a tool that made rough, square brush strokes, similar to that of a dried-up highlighter. I used this for the teeth of the monster and continued the rest from there.

Hello!

This is another collage, from the same unit of schoolwork that caused me to create my collage about anger.
The work you see before you is a representation of the Surrealism style of art, which I created after analysing the elements of Surrealist artworks. The theme of the artwork is of water all coming back to the same place, albeit abstractly represented.

G’day, people!

It’s time for another beautiful artwork. I was at a camp and therefore was unable to complete this artwork then, but at least I got it drafted! I made a few friends at that camp and one of them was the one to give me the idea to this scene.
Behold the Tyrannosaurus Rex, savage ruler of the Cretaceous rainforests!

Damien hurried back inside and sat down to read the tronic. Every now and then, he also turned to his computer and typed a quick note. I noticed that he was in the same document as he had been editing earlier, and at closer examination I realised that Damien was writing a book of research on Uiopleya. Because he was engrossed in his work, I decided to bring Hex and Razling outside and feed them while Damien pored over the information in the tronic book.

Paragraph 334 – The Shadouette’s Name

Damien and I sat there, contemplating the events of Extikcya. Razling looked at us curiously, and the shadouette screeched. Then I realised something… It wasn’t very important, but I told Damien anyway. “Damien,” I said, “Your shadouette needs a name!” Damien smacked his forehead. “Of course!” he cried. “I know the perfect name for it, too.” I leaned closer, and so did the shadouette. “Your new name,” Damien told the shadouette, “will be Hex.” The shadouette squealed happily and danced around the room. I grinned. “That name is perfect,” I commented. “Just perfect.”
